Kristi & Mike | Oregon Golf Club Wedding
Today I am excited to share with you Kristi & Mike's summer wedding. These two graduated from Oregon State University and come from lovely families! I loved working with Kristi to coordinate her wedding, she is a fellow crafty soul. Travel was a theme that resonated throughout the ceremony as Kristi & her mom made table cards of places Kristi and Mike had been together.
Their tabletops were a mixture of tall hourglass vases and low mercury pedestal vases. The low vases were all white arrangements of local white dahlias, robust white hydrangeas, spray roses, gooseneck, eucalyptus (naked, baby gunni, dollar)- all loose and free. The tall vases were all white hydrangeas, white dahlias and dendrobium orchids and curly willow.
We did something a little special for their head table by using beautiful eucalyptus garland and adding the bridesmaid bouquets for color.
Kristi wanted her bouquet to have a loose yet elegant look so we went with white specialty Roses (mondial & mythos) speciality roses Sandstone, and La Perla.
Pops of coral with Amsterdam and Peach Aubade roses for bridesmaids to compliment their turquoise dresses along with local dahlias, ranunculus, white spray rose, seeded eucalyptus, and lisanthus.
To compliment the variety of flowers at the Oregon Golf Club ceremony site, we lined the aisle with white petals.
It might have been 100 degrees that day, but it didn't stop their wedding guests from having a great time. Some fun musical tidbits- The Brady Bunch theme song (Mike Brady- the groom) and 1970's Portland Timber's theme song was sung live by a family friend who had actually recorded the original song!
