Amy & Daniel | Langdon Farms
The photos from Amy & Daniel's August 7, 2016 wedding are so special. You can see the joy radiating between them. Steele Photography captured their day wonderfully.
Traditional in shape to offset the fullness of her gown, Amy wanted loads of color and eclectic mix in her bouquet. Blooms: premium and specialty roses (Miyuki, Yves Piaget, Wild Spirit), premium spray roses (Charming Babe), locally grown dahlias, ranunculus, hypericum, and bouvardia.
I took family photos of the bride & groom's parents and grandparents and hung them on a vintage window frame paired with my wooden garden box of abundant blooms in the entry. So sweet. Amy & I found a distressed photo frame I had that was perfect to display the table seating for guests. Click on each photo below for a larger view.
The vases for the table tops were found at World Market. The arrangement included: white delphinium, pink local zinnias, and local orange dahlias “maarn” variety. One of my favorite varieties. Click on each photo below for a larger view.
The Langdon Farms property has so many beautiful possibilities for the bride & groom portraits.
I am so grateful to have been apart of Amy & Daniel's day-- and also lucky to have gotten to meet with Amy for coffee after her wedding. Truly a special couple!
