Elise & Ray | Waverley Country Club
During the previous summer I was setting up a wedding at the Waverley Country Club where I happened to meet & hit it off with Elise, Ray & family who were touring the property. I loved getting to know this bride & groom (and family!) during the wedding planning process. While the bride was at school we communicated mostly though email, but once she was home we were able to craft the escort cards together. Custom sewn table runners in blue toile, sewn by me for a previous wedding, set the table for Elise’s very feminine pink and blue wedding with gold accents. Truly a beautiful couple inside and out. I hope you enjoy the images from their day.
Table top: on top of the crisp white linens sat mercury pedestal vases with blue and white hydrangeas, local white dahlias (white nettie), Pink Mondial roses, and Australian pittisporum greens, mercury votive holders and table numbers in gold frames.
A must for the bride and groom were the 2 large statement pieces at the head table that were a standout.
Elise’s sweet and fresh bouquet was made with white and pink Mondial premium roses, spray roses, white lisianthus and fragrant white freesia.
The bridesmaids carried blue hydrangeas (tricky to work with!) with pink roses tucked in the mix.
One unique touch for this special couple's wedding was a 'foot washing ceremony' in a beautiful bowl.
Some more of my favorite images from this gorgeous day.
